With over a decade of hands-on experience in the East Bay construction industry, Shon brings deep-rooted knowledge, professionalism, and integrity to every project he leads. Raised in a family of builders, his father was a former military underwater welder who transitioned into commercial construction. Shon’s passion for the trades runs deep.
Before co-founding RenoRevive Remodeling Innovation, Shon worked with some of the top construction companies in the East Bay, where he managed residential projects from concept to completion. As a former project manager, he oversaw each stage of construction with a strong emphasis on customer communication, transparency, and education — ensuring every homeowner was empowered to make informed decisions with confidence.
Shon’s mission at RenoRevive is clear: to make remodeling a stress-free, design-to- build experience. His focus is on simplifying the process, building trust with clients, and creating beautifully crafted spaces tailored to each homeowner’s needs. With a military background and a local East Bay foundation, Shon takes pride in running a company that values discipline, clarity, and long-term relationships.

Co-Founder & Visionary Builder
Joseph brings over a decade of experience in construction, remodeling, and real estate investment to RenoRevive Remodeling Innovation. Originally from Israel and now based in the Bay Area, Joseph’s passion for building is deeply rooted in creativity, precision, and innovation. His journey began in hands-on construction and evolved into managing full-scale remodeling projects, overseeing teams, and leading successful renovations from concept to completion.
With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a background in both residential development and project execution, Joseph founded RenoRevive to bring a new level of clarity, design excellence, and customer care to the Bay Area remodeling scene. His mission is simple: to create thoughtful, high-quality spaces while making the remodeling process seamless and enjoyable.
Joseph is known for building strong, trusting relationships with clients and collaborating with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure every detail aligns with the
homeowner’s vision. His military background instilled in him the values of commitment, reliability, and integrity, qualities he brings to every project and partnership.
